23, 2005, calendar (page 398), was read the third time:

    "An Act making a supplemental appropriation for increased                                       
    operating costs of the division of elections; and providing for an                              
    effective date."

Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                   
roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the                             
effective date clause.                                                                              
                                                                                                    
Representative Berkowitz objected and withdrew the objection.  There                                
being no further objection, the effective date clause was adopted.                                  
                                                                                                    
SB 62 was signed by the Speaker and Chief Clerk and returned to the                                 
Senate.
